My wife and I, from Japan, were looking for a flat in Bratislava old town to move in as soon as possible. We had an amazing experience with Mr. František Bakyta, as his response was really quick and we were able to sign a contract on the day of the viewing. This prompt action really took us by surprise and we are really grateful for both Mr. Bakyta and the landlord for understanding our urgent situation. Although they only had a few hours to prepare the contract, the contract was perfect and they even managed to prepare the document we need to submit to the Police.
